A striking new landmark office building showcasing innovative steel products and implementing new energy conservation ideas.

This new 3800sq.m four storey HQ will house the 180 Corus staff currently dispersed around the steel works.

The building makes the most of the steel production process on site and the adjacent freshwater lagoons as innovative sources of energy: surplus steam and heat from the works will be harnessed to heat the new offices, and the lagoons will be used as a heat sink to cool the building.
