We were looking forward to this
The scaffold has come down to reveal the crispness of the copper folds.

A couple of posts ago we said how much we were looking forward to the scaffold coming down. And now it has! I raced up to site to take photos in some rare February sunshine. This is the back of the house with four sets of sliding doors to the terrace / garden, and the double height window.

It was hard to see the crispness of the copper folds behind scaffolding. It is wonderful to see it now in its origami-esque glory.
The copper floats on a brick plinth which matches the wall at the front of the house. Brick on our side and Cotswold stone facing our neighbours.
