To the rafters
The TRA Roofscape Design Awards celebrate the ingenuity and technical skills of designers in the roofing sector. They recognise projects that showcase the highest standards in design, innovation, and sustainability in the use of timber trussed rafter roofs.
So we were chuffed to see an Instagram post this morning celebrating a win for Copper Bottom which has been named as Best Residential Project 2024. Wyckam Blackwell designed our trusses working with our timber frame supplier, Timber Innovations, and submitted Copper Bottom for the award.
Of course, our trusses are not actually on the roof. Instead they give the house its novel, sculpted shape.
